They were nicely chewey (I did
add bran flakes), so I'm not sure why someone above had issues with them being dry... I even cooked them until they were a bit browned.

Slightly crush the
bran flakes then
add them and the rice krispies, oats and raisins.
Everyone needs more fiber in their diet so this is a great way to
add it in without having to choke down
bran flakes!
I would try to keep the other grains very low in FODMAPs perhaps a brown rice
flake and you might be okay to
add a tablespoon or 2 of oat
bran as well but like oats, oat
bran also has fructans and GOS.
To incorporate whole grains into your diet, you can swap your usual white toast for whole wheat toast, or
add some whole oats and
bran flakes to your morning cereal.
