Place a glass bowl over warm water and whisk the coconut oil and cacao,
adding the coconut syrup, agave, rice or maple syrup to make a glossy mixture.
In a food processor combine all the crust ingredients slowly
adding the coconut syrup and the melted coconut oil (if your using the coconut) till you get the consistency and sweetness you want.

syrup, as the dates I got were a bit dry and not sweet enough.

If you have frozen fruit, you can just increase the amount of maple
syrup in the
coconut milk mixture, and
add the frozen fruit directly to the blender, that way you won't have to defrost and stew.
Next, melt the
coconut oil with the maple
syrup and cinnamon on the stove, once it has dissolved into a sweet liquid
add it to the dry bowl and mix well.
Once combined,
add the maple
syrup,
coconut oil and almond milk and mix until a batter has formed.
Add 1 tablespoon of

I wanted to use up the almond pulp left over from making milk so I decided to

I used normal sugar as I couldn't get

coconut oil, 1 tbs of almond milk Why I did it??? Because, I think that the 2tbs of
syrup is too much, and I thought to remplace the other tbs with the Greek yogurt, then I thought how this mug doesn't attach to the container, so I
added a little
coconut oil, in the end I saw that the mix is a little hard so I
added the milk.
