When oil is shimmering,
add diced potato.

potato and zucchini chunks until they softened slightly,

add to a skillet with 2 tbsp olive oil, paprika, 1 tbsp salt, black pepper, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, and cook until browned over medium heat for about 5 - 7 minutes.
