Just like in the
flatbread pizza picture, the mixture of a good mozzarella cheese makes all the difference and the parmesan for the pasta dish
adds just enough of the right flavor.
However, I'm keeping my list of autumn ideas, and I've
added recently both beetroot and squash

flatbread so there's a good chance I'm trying it soon:) Looks and sounds scrumptious, Evi!
Serve it tossed with pasta, in place of tomato sauce on homemade
flatbread pizzas, or to
add flavor to chicken, fish or potatoes.
When I make
pizza with the
flatbread recipe, I pre-cook the bread then
add the toppings.
