Add the greens powder, matcha, raw honey, blue magik spirulina and ice.
That's why I'm all about health hacks that make me feel great in my body from the inside out — like adding healthy fats to my coffee to taking in my caffeine and breakfast all in one (more on that below) and
adding greens powder to some water, nut milk, or tossed in a smoothie with ice to get a megadose of nutritious greens, vitamins, and minerals in a single scoop.
Simply
add the green powder to a glass of water, coconut water, fresh pressed juice or non-dairy milk of choice, stir with a spoon, and enjoy.
Would
adding the greens powder to veggie juices be optimal over just the powder and water alone?
I think
adding a greens powder to your morning smoothie can be really great especially if you are struggling with specific health issues that require more specific nutrients that are found in greens powders — I like recommending supplementing with greens powders for my clients who are looking to reduce joint pain or inflammation in the body, promote healthy skin or strong hair / nails, and so on.

Finely chopped Onions,
green chillies and cumin
powder are generally
added to the batter.
My base is always frozen fruit because I like my smoothies cold, then I
add a ton of
greens, lemon, spirulina, bee pollen, maca, sprouted brown rice protein
powder or hemp seeds... my smoothies can get a bit on the overloaded side!
Heat oil in a pressure cooker or any heavy bottom vessel and
add cumin seeds, cloves, cardamon, asafetida
powder,
green chilly and sliced onion in it.

greens from the garden

Take chana sattu in a bowl and
add fried onion,

powder, salt, 2 tsp oil, lemon juice and 1/2 cup water and mix well.
Take brown chickpeas sattu in a bowl and
add fried onion,

powder, salt, oil, lemon juice and water and mix well.
I didn't have the spirulina
powder the first time i made this & just
added more kale & spinach to get
greener.
I find one pound of ground beef is enough in this recipe; i have never used the carrots; never
added the celery, but do substitute celery salt for the salt; i have on occasion
added green pepper; I typically use three cans of diced tomatoes instead of the one can and can of purée; instead of the 2 tbsp chili
powder i use ground ancho chilis.
Next time I'll reduce the sugar and
add green onions, maybe a touch of garlic
powder to make them more savoury.

powder and mix with ginger garlic paste

To prepare
green dye:
Add 2 Tbs of dry lavender leaves + 1 tsp turmeric
powder in 1 cup of water, and boil for 15 minutes.

I love this protein
powder, I have tried many vegan protein
powders and they either taste awful, they don't mix well (it is important to mix this
powder with your liquids BEFORE you
add the dry stuff or it will get clumpy) or have sunflower lectin, soy or gluten after I found out that I am allergic to dairy, soy, gluten, sunflower seeds,
green beans, yeast and basically everything good and this is by far and wide the best.
On low flame, allow it to saute for a few minutes, then
add in the oregano, basil, and pepper
powder (if you like more spicy you can
add 2
green chilies.)
Add cooked chicken,

added a touch of cocoa
powder to the leaves to temper down the brightness.

green was fresh spinach, and I
added about 1/4 scoop of vanilla Vega Protein &
