If you want it thinner, just
add less starch (rice or orzo) or more liquid (broth / water).
Not exact matches
The ripe plantain will contribute the sweet flavor, while the
less ripe will
add more
starch to help them hold.
Green plantains
add more
starch and a little
less hold than ripe plantains, but have a very neutral flavor (watch this video from my YouTube Channel to learn more about green plantains).

However, we all know that the
starches aren't so flavorful, so I played with using
less of them and instead
added a higher proportion of GF flours in my next mix.

starch thickener (water, modified food
starch), water, shortening (refined, bleached beef tallow, soybean oil and / or cottonseed oil, BHT
added as antioxidant and dimethylpolysiloxane
added as antifoaming agent), contains 2 % or
less of: vinegar, oats, dehydrated red chile pepper, salt, dehydrated onion and garlic, hydrolyzed corn gluten, hydrolyzed soy protein, hydrolyzed wheat gluten, spices, guar gum, yeast extract, soy lecithin, maltodextrin.
You might need to experiment a bit though and adjust the consistency then,
adding more
starch or
less water, depending on what you use.
Donate blood, improve mineral status including iodine, get more phospholipids (egg yolks, liver) and
less oil & cream, and
add more
starches and fruits.
Use
less starch at first, you can always
add more later, if the blush should be too dark.
