Top the par - baked pizza dough with the remainder of the sesame ginger sauce, the cooked pork and

My only changes were to use goat
cheese instead of
mozzarella to accommodate my inability to consume cow products, and to
add some strips of fresh basil when the pizza comes out of the oven.

Just like in the flatbread pizza picture, the mixture of a good
mozzarella cheese makes all the difference and the parmesan for the pasta dish
adds just enough of the right flavor.

For example, substitute feta
cheese for the
mozzarella, oregano for the basil,
add some kalamata olives and chopped capers and you have Greek pasta.
Add your chicken to a large bowl, with bread, sweet cherry tomatoes,
mozzarella cheese and little onion and garlic, and lots of fresh basil.
I used chorizo and grated
mozzarella but you can
add bacon, grated cheddar or Swiss
cheese, olives or even sun dried tomatoes.
You can
