nachos on top and finally finish with a line of 4 jalapeños.

I didn't want to mess with the vegan aspect though so I used nutritional yeast for the tangy
cheese appeal and then
added all the right spices to get that perfect
nacho cheese flavor, but you know, without the
cheese.

It's not just cauliflower in this one: carrots give this
nacho cheese some authentic looking orange color, and cashews
add richness.
Turn the mixture off of the flame,
add in the roasted red peppers, and mix them into the
nacho cheese.
Add this spicy spread to
nachos or hot dogs for an extra delicious kick, pour over chicken with salsa and shredded monterrey jack
cheese for a Mexican inspired entree.
Once me husband and I polished off our potatoes we both commented that they were just as delicious and satisfying as a big old plate of
nachos from a Mexican restaurant, but with the
added bonus of leaving you feeling good, instead of weighed down with grease and
nacho cheese.

added a vegan
cheese sauce from It Doesn't Taste Like Chicken — highly recommended to take your
nachos from awesome to out - of - this - world.
As most of us know — the choices at the gyms, fields and courts are hot dogs,
nachos with fake
cheese, skittles, etc... Our local Whole Foods Market assisted with chili, 100 % frozen fruit bars, First July Crackers, and we
added a popcorn machine and trail mix.
Add some nutritional yeast for cheesy flavor, carrots for color and sweetness (we eat with our eyes as much as our mouth), and a splash of apple cider vinegar for acid, and you've got the base of a great mac and
cheese,
nachos, loaded baked potatoes, and more.
Finally,
