I made these last night with the following variations — tamari subbed for soy
sauce, almond
butter instead of
peanut (I don't like
peanuts or their
butter), and I
added italian seasoning, garlic salt, and oregano to taste.
Add the
peanut butter, coconut milk, fish
sauce (if using), tomatoes and coconut water or broth and stir to mix.
