You can mix and match the veg,
adding in things like
carrots or
pieces of mango for extra flavour.
Also
added some
pieces of 1 Italian sausage, about 15 green olives halved, an extra
carrot and celery and used chicken stock instead.
In a pan, with 3 spoonfuls
of olive oil,
add the cauliflower,
carrots, paprika, chopped onion, a tiny
piece of salt and pepper and remove until roasting.
