I hasten to
add that Pulp Fiction is the most thoroughly and consistently entertaining Hollywood picture I've seen this year, brimming with energy, star power, humor, and ingenuity.
Add the pulp or fiber to soups or smoothies as a thickener.
Simply
add your pulp to whatever savory soup you're cooking.
Adding the pulp to salsas was fairly obvious but I did try it anyway.
Worked out great, I used 1 cup (I wouldn't necessarily want this in a glass to drink, but
the added pulp is fine in relish I also used SugarLeaf (SweetLeaf stevia / cane sugar blend, I didn't have enough honey), about 1/4 cup and two droppers of Lemon Drop liquid stevia.
I will be
adding the pulp back in, as I know that the body needs both soluable and insoluable fibers.
Not exact matches
If you don't want them too thick you can just
add more water and even strain the
pulp.
it came out really nice the
pulp from the juicer seemed to work fine and i
added the juice to a smoothie, also really good.
I've just used a tablespoon of the almond
pulp to make ice cream; awesome flavour & took only an extra minute as I used the same blender,
added a couple of drops of the almond milk I'd just made, a chopped frozen banana & some cinammon too!
Next,
add the carrot
pulp, tomato puree, oregano, salt and water and blend again until a sticky mixture forms.
I wanted to use up the almond
pulp left over from making milk so I decided to
add a cupful of finely chopped dates, some grated coconut, a dash of maple syrup, vanilla, & about a tablespoon of cacao; I used the blender so
added a bit of wáter & a Little of the almond milk too......... made a fabulous mousse - like mixture!
You could definitely use the
pulp from carrots, celery etc for a soup or stew as it is purely fibre and when
added to veg stock, will make a lovely thick soup.
Also,
add some cinnamon to the mix and lastly, strain it through a sieve in to the cup to catch any almond butter
pulp than didn't melt in to the milk and leave yourself a perfectly smooth hot chocolate.
Add it to a face mask and use the
pulp to exfoliate.
This is a great dish that has the
added benefit of raw ingredients, as a wrap — uses no grains at all, and best of all uses up juicing
pulp which otherwise would have been disposed of;)
You are eating vegetables anyway, so why not just
add a fun twist to your salad by
adding a sprinkling of
pulp?
Save your
pulp to be
added later to smoothies for the kids to give them a little bit of a fiber boost.
(see below) The oat
pulp can then be
added to oatmeal, cookies, smoothies, or dried out to use as flour.
If your
pulp is mostly vegetable, such as with a spinach, kale or carrot juice,
add it to your spaghetti sauce.
Added an extra egg (so 2 total, rather than one) to partially compensate for the more liquidy form of the
pulp.
Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl
Add the coconut milk, soaked chia seeds, cinnamon, spinach, banana and acai berry
pulp to the pitcher of a high - speed blender and process until thick and creamy.
It is dryer than
pulp so you have to
add some water until it reaches a playdough - like consistency; then roll out.
Arbi recipe here is a liquid based gravy curry into which goes tamarind extracted
pulp and to thicken the gravy, paste of rice flour is
added.
The dry, high - fiber
pulp can be
added to baking recipes, or used in cooking sauces.
Chop the reserved squash
pulp and
add it to the meat along with a few grinds of black pepper a few pinches of sea salt, the oregano, and the tomato sauce.
Remove
pulp from strainer after all liquid has drained and
add more of the almond milk mixture.
I used fresh mango
pulp, fat free half and half instead of heavy cream, 2/3 cup whole milk with 1/3 cup nonfat powdered milk
added, 2 whole eggs, and I didn't sieve it.
Add the lemon slices to the skillet, making sure none overlap, and simmer gently for about 15 minutes, turning the slices frequently, until the
pulp is slightly translucent and the rinds are soft.
Pour water and let it start boiling and then
add sun dried mango
pulp, mashed tapioca pearls, raisins and boil for another few minutes
Return the coconut
pulp to the blender and
add the remaining 1/2 cup of hot water.
Then you simmer that mixture, strain the
pulp out, and
add a coagulator (I used lemon juice).
Because the straight
pulp is still a bit soft when frozen, too much alcohol will cause it not to freeze at all... so if you do
add some rum, I'd recommend using the coconut milk and lime juice as well to make sure it turns into an ice - pop.
I like the frozen
pulp better for açai bowls than the juice (I have tried that) because it is way lower in carbs due to no
added sugar.
Add 1 cup squash
pulp, the almond milk and vanilla extract to a blender.
Add the paste, mango
pulp, sugar, and turmeric.
When I make nut milks, I use the
pulp (which has lots of fiber and nutrition, unlike the milks themselves) by
adding it to breads, waffles, pancakes — that sort of thing.
I usually
add green chile to my clam chowder, but since the New Mexican's juice and
pulp were so mild, I substituted the «hot» serrano juice.
Taste the marinade for heat level and
add more chile
pulp if needed.
Transfer all remaining pith,
pulp, membrane, and seeds into a piece of muslin / cheesecloth, tying it off and
adding into the pot with peels and juice.
Instead of pineapple
pulp, you can probably
add apple juice to replace the fluid lost from juicing

pulp, garlic, lemon, cumin, if using, and flax, along with 1/3 cup of water.
No need to
add lemon juice to the
pulp.
Add zucchini
pulp and onion; sauté 5 minutes.
Here are the few things I did to make mine work since I didn't have a nut milk bag to get my first batches of
pulp more dry: First I
added some ground chia seed.
I used almond
pulp one day after making almond milk,
added some herbs and cayenne pepper and I even
added sesame seeds and also Sushi Nori flakes for extra nutritional value I think that the important thing is to squeeze the
pulp during milking as much as possible so that there is minimum water in it (It was the first time I made my own almond milk and initially, I only used a sieve.
Filled your receipt
pulped the coconut
added to a can of cream coconut 2 tbsp of brown sugar and half a cup of pineapple juice.
If you do that,
add the vanilla extract to the strained milk after you soak, blend, and separate it from the
pulp.
: (Next time I'll
add the vanilla bean in somehow after straining out the
pulp.
I made this recipe with cashew
pulp (and
added also cinnamon).
