For toppings I love to
add roasted sweet potatoes (chop up 2 - 3 at 425 degrees in the oven for about 30 - 40 mins.)

So I made the

I also tried

add harissa - tahini sauce.

I would say I hit this about 4 - 5 days a week, other days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal, if i do that though I would
add a bit of protein with it.
