Place the drained nuts into a food processor,
add sliced banana, coconut milk, desiccated coconut, cinnamon and pinch of salt.

sliced bananas and blue berries, my kids, hubby and myself devour them every time.
From there, you can

banana slices, pureed fruit, cereals, seeds, nuts, you name it.
If you want to
add an extra boost of
banana flavor, you can top each muffin batter with 2 - 3 very thin
slices of
banana right before baking (as shown in the photo above).
Next,
