Here are a few low (er) carb things I
added into my snack regimen: protein powder smoothie, daiya wedges, and celery /
bell peppers slices with hummus.
In the same skillet, heat up a little more oil and
add the

bell pepper, seeds removed, and chopped.
Mediterranean Black Bean Crostini Combine rinsed and drained lightly mashed black beans, diced cucumbers, tomatoes, and
bell peppers;
add minced garlic, chopped fresh oregano,
sliced scallions, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and kosher salt and freshly ground black
