Add the soaked dates, walnuts, extract, cocoa and carob powders into a food processor.

After reading all the comments I decided to
add a few extra tablespoons of maple syrup, I didn't have medjool
dates so used regular ones but
added 4 - 5 extra and
soaked them in boiling water for 20 min.
The second time I
soaked the
dates in boiling water to soften them and then I just used a blender stick to blend the
dates with sweet potato and maple syrup (much easier than a processor) I also made a budget version and used regular cocoa powder, 1/2 honey 1/2 maple syrup, no pinenuts - just 1/2 cup of coconut flour and 1/2 cornflour, I also
added chopped walnuts.
They are gluten free with natural sugars from
soaked dates and a dab of honey, and no
added salt.

We are going to start creating the base of this vegan chocolate vanilla ice cream, in a blender,
add the
soaked cashews (drain them previously), agave syrup, almond milk, pitted
dates, vanilla and salt.

Made these today with a few changes: — left out stevia — used 5
dates soaked in some warm water (they were small ones tho)-- subbed flax seed for one of the eggs —

dates can
soak just 10 - 15 minutes prior to
adding them into the blender / food processor and they will mostly turn out the same way as
soaking them for longer.
Next,
add dates with
soak milk + 100g of extra of milk, beans, bananas, peanut butter, carob powder and cacao powder (EXCEPT the oat flour) into blender and process until everything is blended, but still chunky (use a spoon for help).
If it seems too dry,
add a tablespoon at a time of the
date soaking liquid until you have a cohesive «dough.»
Drain your
soaked cashews and
add them to a high speeds blender or food processor with the coconut oil,
dates, lemon juice and non dairy milk.

I made these twice... once with homemade
date syrup (
dates and water
soaked and blended) i
added a
date and cocoa powder frosting they were amazing and the second time with cane sugar and less cocoa about half a cup and no frosting... the texture was different..
Then used the zucchini juice to
soak the
dates (I didn't quite have a full cup juice so I
added milk to make a full cup).
Soak dated, I use warm / hot water, once they are soft remove pits, run them through a food processor
adding a little water as needed then use instead if other sweeteners.
Add the
dates, making sure each of them is submerged, then allow to
soak for 15 minutes.
Add the
dates (
soaking water discarded) and cacao powder; blend mixture on high speed for at least 90 seconds, or until super smooth.
Drain the
dates, reserving the
soaking liquid and
add them to the food processor, followed by the bananas.
Add 1 - 2 tablespoons of the
