Soak the mushrooms in hot water, strain the soaking water through a coffee filter (since porcinis tend to be a bit sandy), dice the mushrooms and
add the soaking water and mushrooms to the stew.
Slowly
add the soaking water while stirring briskly to prevent the flour from lumping.
