Stir fry until vegetables are cooked most of the way through,
add teriyaki sauce to taste.
Just grill chicken and
add the teriyaki sauce to finish!

I did not
add any pepper but the
teriyaki sauce was very spicy / tangy (sorry the best i can explain it).
For the Chicken: In a large bowl,
add onion powder, pepper, Mexican - style pollo seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, 1/3 cup of
teriyaki sauce, and pineapple - ginger marinade.
For the lunchbox:
Add 1 package of
