Prepare veggies and
add them to the pan too.
Add the beef with the marinade into the pan, using a big dash of water to rinse out the container and

too sure why the banana turned out mushy but perhaps try frying it on a lower heat, you may need
to add a little coconut oil if you don't have a non-stick
pan.
I change mine by swapping the potatoes with sweet potatoes... I also
added an onion and use veggie stock when it gets

I deglazed the
pan with a little white wine after the shrimp and
added a little organic chicken stock
to the cauliflower as it seemed
too dry, and put in two toes of God's Gift

The secret is
to get the oil in the
pan very hot and shimmery before you
add in the zucchini, then once the zucchini has been
added don't stir
too much, let it form a nice brown crust before you make the first stir, then wait and stir it again a couple minutes later when a nice crust has formed on the other side.
3Add the sun - dried tomatoes and minced garlic and continue
to cook,
adding more Colavita Olive Oil if the
pan gets

I love
adding extra bits
to my soups
too, and quite often do a butternut squash soup topped with
pan fried garlicy mushrooms and a sprinkle of toasted and spiced squash seeds.
I thought one cup of oil sounded like
too much so I reduced it
to I half a cup in the
added one stick of Imperial margarine I also reduce the water
to 1/4 cup and replaced it with a 6 oz container of vanilla yogurt
adding the chocolate chips
to the mini Bundt
pans was by far better than loaf
Add spinach
to the
pan and cover with a lid (it will look like the

too full, but the spinach will wilt.)

to the mixture if your bread is
too dry for your liking, however if it's just a case of it sticking
to the
pan then I would just use some parchment paper.

to the dish, plus I like the flavor of fresh, uncooked chilli in the finished dish

to add a story and characters on top of that doesn't
pan out for the best and the action can get a bit
too chaotic
to feel like you really stand a chance but those don't take away from the overall experience
too much.
