You can
add it to soups like this Slow Cooker Chicken and Farro Chili or make an incredible grain salad like this Harvest Farro Salad.
I love to have additional toppings to
add to soups like this so I chopped up some cilantro, added a squeeze of lime juice, some avocado, a sprinkle of grated cheddar and crushed tortilla chips.

I didn't
add much water, just the juices from the roasting tin, as I
like soups to be thick, and realised that way it could also be used as a perfect sauce for pasta too.
I love serving it topped with sautéed cannellini beans and mushrooms, as these make it even more flavoursome, plus they

added an extra potato

So for this cookie, I started by melting the butter, then I

to it and stir until blended, it will look
