I
added some mixed spice to the maple syrup and used
walnuts instead of pecans, the tastiest breakfast I've had in a while.
so, I just made these... I had to sub some things — I used maple syrup
instead of agave nectar, I had pecans and almonds (no

added some ground flax seed — these are yummy, yummy, yummy!

Instead I replace oats with psyllium husks and I have
added other superfoods for thyroid health: pumpkin and sunflower seeds,
walnuts, almonds, pure carob bark nibs, shredded coconut, goji's and I crush into the mix a gluten free weet - bix which are made from sorghum.

I simplified this recipe even more in a lot of ways, by using frozen bagged carrots, peas, and corn

added it in, I did all my chopping in the food processor, I used the food processor to grate the apple and used an apple
