adds dried
apples and
warm spices to our lightly sweet blend of almonds, seeds, coconut, and a touch of honey.
They are filled with natural flavour from the carrot,
apple and ginger but, being the spice junkie I am, I
added some dried
warm spices to compliment that base.
Place all the ingredients except the
apple & yogurt in a bowl and
add just enough
warm filtered water to cover them.
