After reading lots of Ray Peat, I had the courage to
add white sugar back to my diet.
Add the white sugar gradually as it's whipping and when it's done, set it aside.
Add a white sugar cube and splash of soda water to a rocks glass and muddle.
In a medium mixing bowl
add white sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin spice (optional) and sea salt and stir to combine.
(2) The act of consuming sugar doesn't necessarily mean
adding white sugar to coffee or tea since sugar is present in almost everything: meats, breads, chips, even packaged «healthy» food.
Dates: Throw a few seeded dates into your blender to sweeten your smoothie rather than
adding white sugar.

And my daughter thinks she's eating cake — only I know there is no
added sugar or
white flour!

I replaced the
sugar with 4 tablespoons of honey, which I
added to the egg
white before whipping it up.
While beating,
add sugar into the egg
white mixture gradually and continue beating until stiff glossy peaks form, about 4 more mins.
Add sugar and continue to beat on medium high until
white in color and the texture of wet sand, about 3 minutes more.
I want to let you know if you use
sugar substitutes (splenda and stevia in the
white form) the bars may be dry so make sure you
add more moisture to the batter if it does not form

Add the sliced
sugar snap peas, coconut aminos, Teriyaki coconut aminos,
white wine vinegar, and sesame oil and simmer for 2 minutes.
Looks good, I would
add a small can of drained crushed pineapple to the pumpkin and brown
sugar instead of
white.
I haven't tried it with red wine... it seems like it would work, although if the wine is more dry than
white maybe
add a couple more teaspoons of
sugar to compensate.

Hi Barbara — of course, but if you have to use traditional
sugar I'd go for brown over
white as it will
add a more caramel - y flavour to the crust.
