I really wanted to make this meal a quick one, that's why I just
added avocado slices, instead of making guacamole.

I am now loving the idea of
adding avocado slices to a homemade blue cheese burger in my own backyard.
Spread your pesto as described above,
add the avocado slices and grill for 7 - 8 minutes.

At the moment your roasted squash, olive (though without the olives)

Avocados on toast are easy and delicious for breakfast or for a snack, and can be

added grilled pineapple, grilled jalapeños +
sliced avocado (obviously) plus some fresh watercress.
