I'd like to know why
you add both Erythritol and Stevia to most of your ice - cream recipes?
Then turn on the burner to medium, and
add the erythritol.
For example, pure stevia may give the ice - cream a slightly bitter aftertaste, especially if I use too much of it and that's why
I add Erythritol too.
Sometimes
I add Erythritol and stevia, some days I don't... I love it both ways.
The Now brand that we use and you recommend has 4g of carbs per teaspoon, but if
I add erythritol in the custom foods from your app it shows 0.5 net carbs.
Optionally,
add erythritol and MCT oil (extra energy boost).

I just made these with dark «no
added sugar» chocolate, and replaced the sugar with
erythritol, and
added some almond milk for moisture as the
erythritol made it a bit dry.

I subbed 1/4 c Pyure (
erythritol & stevia) for the coconut sugar, and
added 2 T of blackstrap molasses instead of 1.
Truvia, a blend of the natural sweeteners stevia and
erythritol with a little
added coconut sugar perfectly sweetens the cookies without leaving an aftertaste.
So far I've been using mainly stevia in your recipes and sometimes
adding a bit of

I also used Truvia Brown Sugar Blend to
add the richness of brown sugar with half the actual sugar, but you can substitute an equal measure of Pyure Organic Stevia Blend, or twice as much baking stevia, granulated
erythritol, or granulated sugar like brown sugar or coconut sugar.
The best way to substitute is a sweetener
adds this aftertaste is to combine it with another sweetener (I often combine stevia and
erythritol).
