I added jumping jacks because it is a great overall whole body exercise AND because I would like to show honor to the late Godfather of Physical Fitness: Jack Lalanne (he created the exercise by the way).

If you want to turn this into a fat - burning drill,
add in a 30 - second interval of your favorite cardio moves — like
jumping jacks, jogging in place, and squat -
jumps — before switching legs.
Plan to eat a healthful breakfast each day,
add more vegetables or fruits into your daily meals, aim to walk at least 15 minutes a day, keep track of how many
jumping -
jacks you can do in a minute, see if that increases over the months.
I also like to
add a few
jumping jacks or twists, which you can also do on a Rebounder or mini trampoline (click here for an article about Rebounding and the pelvic floor).
Add important items like road flares, a
jack, a lug wrench,
jumper cables, and first aid kit.
