My adjustments - no anchovy, canned beans, used all kale, and
added kielbasa which cut the cooking time down to 2 hours.
Add kielbasa, onions and garlic to skillet and sauté until kielbasa starts to brown, about 3 minutes.
Add the Kielbasa, cut side down, and cook until it begins to brown, about 1 - 2 minutes.
Add kielbasa, return to a boil, and cook 5 - 10 minutes.
Add kielbasa and cook 3 minutes or until fat starts to render, stirring frequently.

Add onions,
