I have an slightly altered version to use papaya as the bottom layer, will tweak it a bit more to
add a little more
honey and a little
less coconut oil but it's still very nice!

We like it with a little
less honey and a ripe banana blended in, or sometimes with egg yolks and topped with salty nuts... Once I used raw spinach to turn it green and

I must say that these gluten free samoa bars were on the sweet side though because I
