for the reader who can not have coconut milk, you can always try to
add a bit of
nut butter when pureeing.
We find them perfect to make

I switched the recipe a bit as I didn't have pine

for doctoring: try
adding a little cinnamon, some citrus zest, a few handfuls of chocolate chips or chopped
nuts — I bet pecans would be really good in the mix.
