I added organic garlic, onion, basil, oregano, parsley and cheese.

I used raw
organic cashews and walnuts, since that's what I had around, and
added 2 gloves of
garlic.
I used
garlic powder, salt, pepper, no - salt -
organic - everything - seasoning - that - isn't - any - good - until - you -
add - salt - to - it, and a dash of Italian seasoning.
I changed it up a little and cook the gr beef (
organic, grass fed 90 % lean) after the onions and
garlic and
add a other ingredients including fresh oregano.
Cut up in pieces,
add a jar of good
organic tomato salsa, some cumin,
garlic and that's it.
I deglazed the pan with a little white wine after the shrimp and
added a little
organic chicken stock to the cauliflower as it seemed too dry, and put in two toes of God's Gift to the palete (
garlic) thru a press at the very end.
We
add locally sourced
organic onions,
organic fresh
garlic, Celtic Sea Salt ® by Selina Naturally ® and
Organic apple cider vinegar.
Ingredients: Natural pork (raised without

To make the batter
add 1/2 cup of all - purpose flour into a bowl, make a well in the middle and crack 1
organic egg into the well, lightly beat the egg without mixing it with the flour, then

add them to the batter, then
add a 1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, some freshly cracked black pepper and the minced spinach, mix everything together until well mixed

To the
organic chicken stock I
added (1/2) teaspoon Oregano, (1/2) teaspoon dry basil, 1/2 teaspoon «Amore»
garlic paste, and (1/2) teaspoon thyme.
Heat a non-stick frying pan with a medium heat and
add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin Spanish olive oil, once the oil get's hot
add the diced onions and minced
garlic to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, then
add 1 tablespoon of all - purpose flour and mix until well mixed, then
add 1/2 cup of low - fat
organic milk and continue to mix
I like to cover the base with
organic tomato paste,
add cooked diced pumpkin, onion and
garlic, rocket leaves, cooked diced chicken, and top with grated firm goats cheese.
I substituted quinoa twisted pasta for the orzo, and
added chopped onion to the saute with the
garlic (which
added about 3 minutes to the saute time) and used
