If you make
green smoothies on daily basis,

Personally, I mix a teaspoon of ground
organic green decaf tea a teaspoon of hibiscus powder and 1 bag of regular
organic green tea and boil it keeping a close eye on it so it doesn't overflow, then put it into a glass with some cooler water,
