Because the miso is high in sodium, you won't need
any added salt in the recipe.
If you use salted pb, I suggest holding off on
the added salt in the recipe, but it's tasty both ways.
Replace some of
the added salt in a recipe with sodium - free flavor - boosters like a squeeze of lemon or lime and / or chopped fresh herbs.
