i'd say as long as you keep
the added sweetener (like agave or whatever) to a minimum and have it instead of another snack you might eat... go for it.
Plus, this bread doesn't have a lot of
added sweetener since bananas are already sweet, so it's great for breakfast with a smoothie or protein drink (like bulletproof chocolate milk or tea), or a tall glass of raw milk.
