Naturally one would NOT add salt to the recipe, but you might also skip
adding additional pepper... or maybe not.
Taste and
add additional peppers for heat or salt and pepper to taste
After making it many times I realized
adding additional peppers was a bit insane, so I removed them from the recipe.

To
add some
additional flavor, and a bit of spice,
add 1/4 tsp of cayenne
pepper, sprinkled over the top of the nuts after coating with honey.

Mix the dressing with the celery root and taste,
adding additional salt,
