I've been
adding chai seeds to just about anything lately!
We love
adding chai seeds into our morning smoothies, yogurt, and muffins, there are so many benefits to eating them.
I add flax seed to my smoothies for an additional boost of omega 3s and fiber and you can also
add chai seeds that provide similar benefits.

added in so much texture with those pepitas, hemp and
chai seeds!

The other thing I did was
add ground cardamom which was nice and
added some
chai flavouring, as well as roasted salty pumpkin
seeds just because I like nuts /
seeds in my pudding.
