If you're looking for more coconut flavor,
adding some coconut extract to the sponge cake was a nice variation.
If you're planning on
adding coconut extract, keep in mind it's very strong, so only add about 1/2 teaspoon.
I suggest simply
adding coconut extract if you want coconut flavor.

adding coconut extract and not reducing the coconut milk.
