By
adding different liquid crystal molecules, Khandelwal was able to block nearly 100 % of the sunlight between 700 nm and 1400 nm, yet the transparency of the visible light was still around 90 %, comparable with the transparency of double glazing.

You could try buckwheat flour but it will turn out a slightly
different texture and you may need to
add a little extra
liquid.
Things I did a little
different — I used smoked salt for the initial saute of the veggies, and I
added a little smoked paprika to the braising
liquid.
When I make a big batch during Winter, I warm it slightly over a water bath to soften it, then
add up to 50 %
liquid oil / s like Shea Oil, Olive Oil, Hazelnut, Macadamia, Rice Bran Oil, etc, or a combination of
different oils — whatever you've got on hand.
For the amount of water, 1.5 — 2 L of water would be sufficient... but
different amounts of water might end up getting boiled away or steamed away, so then you could
add a couple of cups of boiling water, one at a time to make up for the loss in
liquid.
Coconut is quite tricky, as it absorbs a lot of
liquid, and the resulting texture (when I've used it in other recipes) is quite
different, plus it
adds coconut flavor, which I'm not sure how it would work in combination with the feta cheese... So, I would not suggest using it here.

different texture in the resulting muffins.
Only thing I did
different this time is spiking up the glaze by
adding a bit of sriracha and
liquid smoke and it was delicious!!
From this point you can do two
different things: you can put the contents of the pan into a blender or food processor with the rest of the gravy ingredients (1 1/2 C. Light Coconut Milk, Nooch, and
Liquid Aminos) and pulse a few times for a smoother consistency; OR just
add the rest of the ingredients to the pan for a chunkier gravy.
Regarding the cocoa, I wouldn't replace it with coconut flour as they do have very
different functions (coconut flour absorbs a ton of
liquid and any more than the current 1/4 c will get a bit mealy tasting, the cocoa

different brands (I generally use Bob's Red Mill), if it seems to thick, I
