I've taught this recipe a few times in my cooking classes and one of my students told me she made a tropical version, using pineapple juice instead of orange juice and
adding dried mangos.

Now
add bay leaf, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder,
dry mango powder and stir again.
I popped over to the grocery store for some
dried mango and pineapple, and combined these with raw cashews, roasted macadamia nuts, and the same Nature's Path cereal for that

adding fresh frozen berries & re-hydrated
dried fruits like
mango, with delicious results.
A few tweaks of my own —

mango, used red quinoa as well as brown rice, black beans, shredded lettuce and chilli tofu pieces.
In a high powered blender
add your cashew milk, pitaya powder, erythritol,

dried strawberry powder, and agave nectar and blend until smooth.

By chopping up bits of

adding a pinch of red pepper flakes, these granola bars are a grown - up version of the chili
mango lollipops I loved.
These are amazing I also
added 1/4 cup of
dried mango and stawberries to the mix and used 1tbsp of brown sugar as I had no coconut sugar really hit the spot will make a great grab and go breakfast for me this week
I have it on toast rice cakes, celery multi-grain bread, wraps and it can be eaten as a savory or a sweet protein source, by
adding vegies in a wrap with Hippie butter or honey,
mango butter any
dried fruits nuts for a sweet snack.
Actually here so many
dry fruits are
added to make this
mango smoothie.
I didn't have any fresh
mango on hand so I
added dried goji berries which are really pretty!
No sugar
added, no sulfur
dried mango!
If you happen to have access to an Indian grocery,
add some sambhar, tart amchur (
dried mango) powder, asafoetida, and Kashmiri chili powder.
He is rewarded with large quantities of
dried mango (no sugar
added), which he consumes by the fistful.
I have been making this for a long time, I recently
added some
dried fruit to it (
Mango, Apricot & Blueberries), I omitted the seasonings except for Salt & Sugar, OMG, mind blowing!
I
added 1 whole
mango - pureed,
dried cranberries finely minced, and orange zest - along with a little more flower and 1/2 tsp baking powder (because I was worried about the wet
mango addition) But it turned out great.
Rinse the
dried mango, place it in a bowl and cover it with the concentrated pear juice and the cooled boiled water (if it is not covered completely,
add more water).
Take a jar or container (mason jars work well) and
add the
dry ingredients followed by the milk and
mango mixture.
Skip
added sugars for the natural kind in this
dried mango that has literally nothing else

ALLOWED: Fresh raw, cooked, frozen, or
dried apples, avocados, apricots, ripe bananas, berries of all kinds, cherries, fresh or unsweetened shredded coconut, loose dates that do not stick together (glazed or with
added sugar), grapefruit, grapes, Kiwi, kumquats, lemons, limes,
mangoes, melons, nectarines, oranges, papayas, peaches, pears, pineapples, prunes, dark raisins, rhubarb, and tangerines.
1 large handful of fresh or frozen spinach 1 - smallish handful frozen
mango (can sub 1/2 frozen banana) 1 / 2 - cup frozen blueberries 3 - 4 chunks of pineapple (frozen or fresh) Enough water (or coconut water) to blend, I usually start by covering about half the
dry ingredients and
add more water as needed - I like it thick!
As i found it quite easy to drink as it has a freshness to it like earthy and herbal taste which is perfectly easy to drink (i use my leaves atleast 2 times b4 throwing them out by pouring more hot water in) Secondly, you can
add any other flavors to it like
dries pear or
mango or those flavored non caffienated herbal tea and drink up!
For a tropical taste,
add dried pineapple and
dried mango to pistachios, sunflower seeds and toasted cereal.
Other foods
added to packages of grass hay include
dried fruits and vegetables, such as carrots and
mango.
You can substitute 1/4 cup diced
dried apricots for the
mango, or
add 1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes.
