added linseed, sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds and unsweetened
coconut flakes to make up the bulk of the nuts and 1 cup of dates + half a cup of
dried figs all other ingredients & measurements were the same just out of the oven haven't tasted them yet hope they are as nice as yours seem 2b Alex

dried blueberries instead of the cranberries, pecans in place of the walnuts (I don't like walnuts), and I
added about 3/4 cup unsweetened
flaked coconut and the cinnamon, and it turned out amazing!
You can even make your own
coconut milk either by blending fresh
coconut with its liquid,
adding more water if necessary, or by soaking
dried, unsweetened
coconut flakes overnight and blending them in the morning.
Mix in cacao powder and make sure the granola is completely combined (if it looks too
dry,
add a little more
coconut oil and if it is too wet
add some more
coconut flakes or nuts
Then proceeded with the recipe as directed (I combined the
dry ingredients in a separate bowl then
added to food processor) and I did
add some chocolate chips and
coconut flakes.
Feel free to
add in special touches like nuts (walnuts in here would be fantastic),
coconut flakes,
dried fruit, etc..
