Lately my husband has been on a health kick and has asked me to prepare healthier foods so I started switching things up a bit by
adding egg white omelets, yogurt, fruit and granola bowl and smoothie to his breakfast routine.

egg sandwich I
added 3
egg white & 1
egg omelet on some kalamata olives (my addiction) some tomato, & some BABA - gaNOOCH thanks to my girl Felicia!
In an
omelet:
Add steamed broccoli and / or spinach to an
egg -
white omelet for a vitamin and iron rich meal.
