Adding some extra butter and cream, the carrot ginger soup and mushroom moussaka have become classics that have withstood the test of vegetarian defection.
It didn't take long to develop when I started
adding extra butter and sour cream.
The only complaint I have is it's super dry... but that's easy to fix by
adding extra butter or coconut oil!

extra oomph, so if you have some around this is the way to go!

butter adds more texture and crunch.
They're straightforward to make; browning the
butter adds an
extra step, but it isn't a difficult one.
The flavored peanut
butter alone made for tasty bites without having to
