I've been trying to
add brightness with fermented foods, any pickles,
krauts, or vinegary veggies to
add a nice splash of acidity!

kraut adds a ton of good benefits but also a classic tang, along with some Life Foods Yellow, a turmeric - and carrot - based fermented mustard.
Add egg scramble and sauerkraut to the jar, alternate between egg mix and
kraut.
