Once your baby is accustomed to eating baby food, try
adding mild spices like dill or cinnamon to your homemade baby food to add flavor.

First, there are masalas, which are
spice blends usually without chile powder or turmeric — these are the
mildest blends that are
added to cooked meats and vegetables.
This dish is
spiced but relatively
mild, if you'd like it more spicy then
add the chili seeds too.
This recipe is
mild enough for kids, but you can
spice it up by
adding dried chili flakes, ginger, and / or a squirt of sriracha.
