I made this recipe last night and went with
organic WW flour since that's what I had on hand, I also used unsweetened vanilla almond milk,
added shredded coconut, and
chia seeds.
2 bananas well mashed 2 cups of
organic old fashioned oats 1 heaping tbsp of raw almond butter 1 tbsp of cinnamon 1 light drizzle of raw agave (or stevia) 2 tablespoons of raw
chia seeds finely ground
Add a few raisins, shredded coconut or chopped apple if liked.
In autumn / winter, this is my fave cozy bowl - of - goodness mix; 2 tbs
organic hemp
seeds 2 tbs
organic chia seeds 1 tsp
organic toasted almond meal 2 tsp
organic ground flaxseed for sweet, sprinkle a dash of ground cinnamon and cardamom for savory, pinch of salt and pepper

In a jug I
add lemon juice,
organic apple cider vinegar, manuka honey and
chia seeds to the tea.
1 tb dried oregano pinch of sea salt and crack of freshly ground black pepper 3
organic eggs, beaten (or for vegans measure 1/4 cup of
chia seeds into a bowl and
add 3/4 cup of fresh filtered water.
If you want, you can also
add in some
chia seeds, nutritional yeast flakes, or even a bit of
organic cocoa powder for a change.
We eat a lot of nuts: homemade
organic almond milk, paleo bread etc, if I
add all
organic hemp powder, flaxseed (made in the vitamix) and
chia seed to things, would that balance out the omega 6's to the omega 3's?

Chia seeds 4 raw not roasted walnuts (I store mine in the freezer) Soak the above items for eight hours in a covered bowl on the counter or fridge your preference and then In the blender
add 2Tablespoons of
organic Tahini 2 tablespoons of raw Agave (would change this to Stevia) 1 teaspoon of vanilla (good quality one) and the
chia mixture Blend and store in fridge up to 4 days (need a strong blender due to unmixed gel from
chia seeds)
There is fiber in our Miracle Whey, but I
add some
organic defatted
chia seed flour which is high in protein and water soluble and insoluble fibers.
