organic raw local honey instead of Agave... did have the
pumpkin or hemp seeds so i opted for sunflower.
I
add, 1 tsp
pumpkin pie spice, walnuts and put an
organic cream cheese topping over it and it is delicious!
We made A

organic Pie Pumpkins.Then we
added sugar - fat free whipped cream!

I made for you a spice
pumpkin bread, filled with spiced,
pumpkin and I
add a crunch with some pecans, it is great for breakfast, because is not super sweet and healthy made with
organic sugar, flour, butter and eggs.
While the kids and hubby aren't looking
add one single size serving of Square One frozen
organic pumpkin puree to the pot with the noodles.
We've got
pumpkin of course, then we're sweetening with a blend of raw
organic sugar and maple syrup,
adding in some arrowroot powder to help it thicken and then our
pumpkin pie spice, some coconut oil, a splash of vanilla and some full - fat coconut milk to make it nice and rich and creamy.

add - ons», being a combination of any of the following non-exhaustive list: salad spinach, rocket, cress, cucumber, tomatoes, courgette (zucchini), avocado, feta cheese, olives, smoked salmon, seeds (sesame, sunflower,
pumpkin), lemon, olive oil, cider vinegar, hummus, plain
organic (unsweetened) yoghurt, sugar - free relish / pesto, sauerkraut.
I like to
add some sunflower or
pumpkin seeds for a little extra protein, and use
organic non-GMO corn for the healthiest treat.
Food... I
added peppermint essential oil to gluten free brownies, cinnamon bark essential oil to
pumpkin bread, had lime essential oil on hand with
organic / non-gmo chips and salsa and tossed some popcorn with melted coconut oil, sea salt and a few drops of lime essential oil.
I roast a whole
organic chicken, with roasted yams, then
add peas and
pumpkin and run it all through the food processor.
