In fairness that statement has an element of truth but the fact is if you eat anything you see you'll probably overload on fats ad carbohydrates and simply look «fat» rather than bulking correctly to

muscle mass.
Adding pure lean
muscle mass is a fine art and needs to be understood before you start loading your body with calories in the hope that you'll «just get bigger».
It will stimulate the growth and development you need to
add pure, lean
muscle mass and to give yourself a completely different look.
