too add nuts, seeds, dried tomatoes, thyme, lemon or orange rind and olives.
First I bought a blender, it ground the
nuts ok but as I started to
add the remaining mixture it got stuck, then, I realised
too late that u needed a processor.
If you like a little something sweet in the morning try
adding a couple of medjool dates to the mix
too, they sweeten it up and enhance the creaminess and if you feel like you need a crunch,
add a little less milk and then pour the smoothie into a bowl and top it with your favourite granola,
nuts, seeds, raisins, cacao nibs, fruit etc for a delicious smoothie bowl.

With an electric mixer, mix just until a dough forms, then mix in the pine
nuts — dough is sticky, but
add a tiny bit of flour if it's
too sticky.
Because of the addition of the
nut butter I
added a little more almond milk to keep the batter from being
too thick.
Note: If you make these, consider
adding some chopped
nuts or coconut to your mix

The pine
nuts make the soup thick and rich and
add a great flavor

Plain old oatmeal is good

TRAIL MIX: I make my own very simply by mixing together my favourite

I am not
too fond of just eating them by themselves but if you make your own trail mix and
add other berries, seeds, and
nuts then these are more palatable.
