For others who aren't as picky or for those who enjoy the taste of seaweed, regularly
adding spirulina powder to a green smoothie or meal can be a good health booster and help in supplying the body with essential amino acids.
Chia pudding has been my jam lately so I naturally started
adding some spirulina powder into the mix to bump up the nutrient content.
However, I have noticed a boost of energy since
adding spirulina powder to my morning smoothie.
Add the spirulina powder to each glass, mix it and then serve.
After the noodles turned soft I removed them from the pot and

My base is always frozen fruit because I like my smoothies cold, then I
add a ton of greens, lemon,
spirulina, bee pollen, maca, sprouted brown rice protein
powder or hemp seeds... my smoothies can get a bit on the overloaded side!
Add coconut milk, maple syrup,
spirulina, vanilla, and xanathan gum / arrowroot
powder, if using and blend until smooth.

add maca and ashwagandha, a raw vanilla protein blend I get from Wegmans in bulk, a touch of matcha green tea

powder, the medjool dates and bananas
add creaminess + sweetness, so there's no need for

powder, which is a blend of barleygrass, chorella, kale, wheatgrass,
spirulina and spinach.
To finish off the smoothie,
