But
adding it to a smoothie is a perfect way to incorporate this
super food into your diet.
It's
super easy to
add more flax to your diet because it can easily be sprinkled onto any
food on your plate, or easily
added to soups, smoothies and more because the seeds are very tiny, and easily chewed up or simply swallowed whole.
I'm not sure if that takes away from the whole Scandinavian aspect of the dish (I know pretty much nothing of Scandinavian
food), but it's
super tasty and
adds a little protein to the dish.
As you can see, some of these protein powders are supplemented with
super foods and nutrients that might be hard for you to
add to your diet otherwise.

basically they are
super delicious and so good to have a healthy twist with the chia seeds, using fruit to
add extra sweetness and avoiding artificial ingredients and
food colouring.
With just this flour, and filtered or spring water, I get 100 % dense no air trapped inside (like in store - bought bread) muffins, with fruit and nuts

Pumpkin seeds are high in protein which is
super important to be aware of as a vegan as well as being rich in various B - complex vitamins, another important thing which is usually
added through pills but we all know
food is better.
You can't go wrong with the combination of blueberries, bananas, walnuts, and cinnamon and

food processor and pulse until

add the strained cashews, coconut oil, vanilla, honey and a pinch of salt, slowly

-- Wash carrot tops, remove any
super tough stems, and place remaining stalks and leaves in a
food processor —
Add avocado, lemon juice, garlic cloves and olive oil to the
food processor and blend until well combined —
Add walnuts, salt and pepper and blend again until the nuts are well chopped and combined with the rest of the ingredients
Plus chia seeds are a
super food and
add protein and fiber.
