Although I normally eat garlic bread simply made with olive oil and garlic,
the addition of parsley and oregano was really worth it.
The presentation is also really nice with the late
addition of parsley and the peppers at the end.
This baked version is a little healthier and
the addition of parsley adds a yummy hint of flavor, but we're betting you could cook up a batch with your own experimental spice combos.

The
addition of fresh rosemary and
parsley truly makes them a next level side dish.
I added
parsley to the topping (made with pre-cooked, day old quinoa instead
of the buckwheat because that's what I had in hand) and that was a delicious and pretty

addition; I would recommend a bit less, though) 1 (24 - oz) can crushed tomatoes 1 (15 - oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained (1.5 cups cooked chickpeas) 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint, plus extra for garnish 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, plus extra for garnish 4 ounces angel hair pasta (note: I substituted one zucchini that I had spiralized, being sure to then cut them into manageable lengths)

of cooked chickpeas — 1 1/2 cups sprouts — 1 lemon (small squirt
of lemon juice for each wrap)-- a few shakes
of dried
parsley per wrap — a couple pinches
of sumac, for an extra sour bite — 1 bunch

addition to the wraps but I had some leftover kale that needed to be used
Then I put the avocado cream in a baggie with the corner cut off and pipped the cream over the fajita boats for a little decoration, in
