Resource Centers (IDRCs) that detain, educate, and screen consumers to determine the need for
additional addictions treatment interventions, (3) recommends appropriate license action (suspensions and / or restorations) to the Motor Vehicle Commission, and (4) manages various other issues regarding documentation, general information and response to public inquiry.
To make this determination, the
court will consider a number of factors, including the obligor's ability to pay, financial
resources and earning potential of the custodial parent, and
additional expenses for the child's health or education.
Additional positions would not be necessary for the Supreme
Court in the next biennium, but more
resources may be needed in future years.
